Browsing on FACEBOOK I came across ... and I think that this is so true

THE JOB - URINE TEST(Whoever wrote this one deserves a HUGE pat on the back!)Like a lot of folks in this state, I have a job. I work, they pay me. I pay my=2 0taxes and the government distributes my taxes as it sees fit. In order to get that paycheck, I am required to pass a random urine test with which I have no problem. What I do have a problem with is the distribution of my taxes to people who don't have to pass a urine test.Shouldn't one have to pass a urine test to get a welfare check because I have to pass one to earn it for them? Please understand, I have no problem with helping people get back on their feet. I do, on the other hand, have a problem with helping someone sitting on their rump, doing drugs, while I work. . . . Can you imagine how much money the state would save if people had to pass a urine test to get a public assistance check?I guess we could title that program, 'Urine or You're Out'. Pass this along if you agree or simply delete if you don't.

I've found the secret

I absolutely love this shampoo and conditioner..... At first I was kinda iffy about using it because not to be funny but Vicky doesn't really cater to women of color... But after using this stuff its like crack for the hair lmbo





Ok.... so here's what I do..... I was about 3 to 4 time my mom says I have OCD when it comes to my appearance.... but I disagree



But the intense part of this situation..... is the conditioning I usually put alot on and let it sit for a really long time for about a hour to a hour and 30 min.... yea I kno I go over board with it but my ending result comes out so much better when I do things like that









After I have washed out the conditioner and blown dry my hair I flat iron it really straight and put so sexy shine serum on it.... it makes my hair look so silky and shinny lmbo













The so sexy collection consists of about 5 to 6 different types of shampoo's and conditioners but I use the Nourishing collection..... its fantabulous

Foot Detox

WARNING PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE THINGS YOU ARE ABOUT TO WITNESS!!

Ok ii kno ii am soooooo late..... but in Jan my ace boon coon and ii went to the spa for her bday and we got this thing called the foot detox..... and it is amazing!

Ok so this how it started..... ii was on this loosing weight kick and getting fit and since ii was going to the spa ii figured that they would suggest something.... so after about a 20 min convo with the owner of prima day spa of wilmington nc..... ii decided on the foot detox

Basically the foot detox consits of you sitting in like a spa like pedicure station and it sends you electric signals in the water and open the pores in your feet which pulls out all the waste from the pores of your head to the "soles" of your feet lol

At first ii thought this crap was so boggis.... but when ii saw the water turning colors right before me eyes I was so amazed

SIDE NOTE: THESE AREN'T MY FEET BUT THIS WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE

And true enough this is what water looked like.... afterwards they give you a break down of what the color of your water means.... so guess what my water meant

I write this to say beauty isn't jus about make up, skin care, hair, or nail it applys to everything within lol. But you all should really try it... the spa owners recomended that if possible try to have 6 30 minute sessions.

I only had 1 session but I really could tell the difference.... I lost 68 pounds with the help of smart water and Bally's lmbo

Learning a new craft

Ok soooooo.... {LOL} a few weeks ago ii met my friend Jaimie's friend Kendall.... and she was really nice too...

and they were blasting me about having a blog and not posting anything.... and getting more into make up so ii promised them that ii would so.... here we go.... lol you guys are going to have to bare with me on this new journey of ours.... because it is most definetly going to be a long process... so anyways the other day ii was going to meet a friend and decided well hey maybe ii should put on some makeup.... so far i've only got the eye thing going because ii have sensitive skin and ii hate for things to be on my face because it breaks out so easily

I don't know if ii really did a good job or not because like ii said i'm still learning.... but ii am open to helpful hints..... well keep following me guys to see the following outcome
